Crystals aren't typically used for concealment magic- you'd want a mirror or lead shield for that. So you could try adding powdered bits of a mirror or lead to your ingredients with the intent of concealing the actual poison from detection. If you're really set on using crystals, however, you could try corrupted protection crystals- any black stone like onyx or obsidian, tiger's eye, etc.
